Oak Hollow Back to School – Important Dates

Back to School Night is scheduled for August 12th 2025 from 5:00PM-7:00PM. We will begin in the gym where you will hear from Principal Ranney, Assistant Principal Wilkes and PTA. Following the welcome in the gym, teachers will welcome you to their classrooms! We can’t wait to see all of our smiling Oak Hollow Eagles and their families.

Please complete your online registration prior to back to school night. See below for details.

Class lists go live in skyward on August 11th. Take a look on the 11th to see which of our fabulous teachers your child will learn from this year!

Our office is open from 10:00-2:00 for registration support starting Monday August 4th and Tuesday August 5th. Please call our wonderful office staff at 801-826-8875 with any questions.

The start of the 2025-2026 school year is almost here! Whether you’re new to Canyons District, or returning for another year of learning and fun, mark your calendars for back-to-school registration, which starts Monday, Aug. 4 at 8:30 a.m. 
Registering is easy and can be done online by logging in to Skyward Family Access. Once logged in, simply follow the prompts (see further instructions below). If you encounter problems, please contact our Call Center at 801-826-5525. You may also register in person if you prefer. Contact your child’s school for the specific dates and times they will be open for your walk-in registration convenience. 
IMPORTANT: While registering, please review and update your contact information to ensure you are receiving important school and District notifications. Be sure to include cell phone numbers in order to receive text-based notifications.

We can’t wait to welcome our Oak Hollow Eagles back to school in style with a Red Carpet Welcome. 1-5th Grades will walk the red carpet on Monday August 18th and Kindergartners will walk the red carpet on Wednesday August 20th.

Incoming kindergarteners will meet with their teacher individually on August 18th or 19th for a brief assessment. Teachers will reach out to families to schedule these appointments.
