Minutes approved from last two meetings

No objection on Bylaws.

 

Attendance:

Goal 60% of kids on track 8 or less absences in school year. (for all reasons)

  • Perfect attendance continues to go down.
  • Currently 56% of students on track.

 

PBIS – Positive behavior intervention supports.

Went over handout for school wide behavior plan.

  • BLT meeting will talk about it.
  • Looking at Matrix Reinforcement System
  • Go over plan of steps from September to April, to make changes if necessary and then go forward to present at Faculty Meeting.
  • Faculty Meeting Discussion -making plans to move forward.

 

Growth Goals

  • TSSP & Land Trust

 

Acadience Data Summary: Recording all assessments.

  • Oak Hollow is 18th or of all schools.

  • Interventionists pulling groups.
  • ELA: Goal: 75% of student make typical growth or above Current Proficiency.
  • Math: Goal :75% of students make typical growth or above.

 

 

Rise testing scores can get for individual student in June at the end of school year.

  • Oak Hollow increased RISE scores 5% over 2021 in all areas (Science, ELA, Math)
  • 3rd grade ELA, 5th grade Math, and 5th grade Science RISE results are some of the highest gains in the district from 2022-23.

 

 

January 10th – SCC follow up training.

Thrive time: New Social & Emotional Learning.

1st & 5th grade teachers loved it.

  • Sentence stems on how words & sentences used for students to talk with each other to help resolve conflicts.
  • Waiting for feedback from other teachers.

 

Shayla Streiff – will be doing Science Fair.

April 29-May 3rd, PTA doing teacher appreciation.

April 25th, Cultural French Night: Open to entire school.
