3.Safety Plan discussion-last year’s top safety concerns:
- Lack of multiple cross walks in the parking lot
- Crosswalk at Highland and Vestry (this now has a light)
- Landtrust budget update ($95,679.38)
7 aides ( 5 reading & 2 French)

- 95% materials
- Held one ½ day training for Building Leadership Team (BLT) focused on skill based instruction
- All grades had a Data Day- learned how to set Pathway of Progress for each student & guidance on progress monitoring
- TSSP budget update ($113,426.26)- .
- 4 FTE of counselor,
- 3 aides ( kindergarten, first grade and Dreambox)
- No SEL curriculum has been purchased
- SNAP ( safe neighborhood access plan): input for January plan
- 2020-2021 plan sent to you Upcoming SCC duties:
