  • Review and approve minutes from previous meeting
  • Review SCC training information
  • Review Rules of Order and Procedure and/or Bylaws
    • Motion to update the bylaws by Shayla and everyone was in favor.
  • Cell tower budget amendment proposal
    • FTE audit – only allocated ½ of a Brain Booster teacher for Art. We want to add the Art Booster teacher to the Cell Tower budget. – Shayla motion to approve adding this to the Cell Tower budget – everyone was in favor.
  • Review current year’s LAND Trust plan, data, expenditures, and review if spending is on course or if amendments are necessary.
    • Keep close track of budget based on intervention salaries and make sure we are within our allowed amount. This will help us decide when to end intervention dates at the end of the school year.
  • Finalize Safe Walking Routes reports – these are due October 31st for 2026-2027
    • Parents letting students out of vehicles at crossing area on Adobe School Rd. Creating long wait time and unsafe. Do not pick up or drop off from the faculty parking lot in bussing lines.
  • Day Care Students – discuss in BLT to have students go to playground at the end of day and be dismissed from the playground. Wait in the office breezeway if weather is bad.
  • Safety and Digital Citizenship – # 1 safety issue needs to be submitted – replace doors and locks to stay locked when opened with a key and doors shut correctly.
    • Digital Cit. – covered through white ribbon week and faculty meeting will be planned with Shauna Jensen
    • Sign Review of School Plan – signed tonight
