• Review and approve minutes from previous meeting

  • Approved membership for Katherine Hauska
• Elect vice chair

• Review Rules of Order and Procedure and/or Bylaws
  • We need to look closer at the Rules of Order and Procedure – Kimberly will email them and we can make changes as needed. It is listed on the website as well.
  • Bylaws – can’t say up to but rather an exact number. We can change the language to comply. Recommend six members. We only need one teacher so we can have one teacher stop attending. We can state an official number of six.
  • Maria Babin has voted to be removed.
  • Only required to meet four times a year. We will meet September, October, January and February. The 3^rd Wednesday of the month.
  • Terms: Shayla (3), Vanessa (1), Nicole (2), Katherine (1), Jacquelyn (2), Maria (4), Brandy (2)
• Review last year’s LAND Trust plan, whether goals were met, how money was spent
  • Assistants – interventionists (math & ELA), French, supplemental materials
  • ML data and intervention needs – newcomer lessons
• Review current year’s plans:
  • LAND Trust
  • TSSP (Amendment approved)
  • Safe Walking Routes, (begin writing – due Oct 31st)
    • Bus enter and exit on street out front
    • Bus lane for pickup for daycare buses? – kids out on playground before pickup
  • Positive Behavior Plan
  • School Safety and Digital Citizenship
  • Electronic Device Plan
• Report on any school educational data that may have come in to inform this year’s LAND Trust Plan implementation. (Fall Acadience Data report)
