Will Approve minutes of last meeting at next meeting. Approved new members. Will finalize with Quorum later.

Reviewed our Action Plan for ELA/Math/Social goals TSSP 24-25

• All reading interventionists will be trained on the reading intervention program 95%

• All students will be benchmarked using Acadience ELA assessment 3x a year. Students falling well below benchmark will qualify for a 7er two reading instruction.

• Will align 95% intervention in Tier 2 with the intervention student received in skill-based instruction in the classroom.

• Teachers in Kinder & 1st, will progress monitor students monthly using the Acadience assessment that aligns with their goal.

• Will provide time in a monthly PLC meeting for teachers to examine students’ progress on Pathway of Progress for each child or the monitoring progress of each child.

       ELA TSSP total $83,000

Action Plan for Math TSSP Goal for 2024-25

Student Engagement Trainer.
All teachers, coach and Brain Booster technicians were trained in August on Student Engagement. The training was with four other schools with Grace Dearborn from Conscious Classroom Management. Training will provide more strategies for teachers to use in all subject areas.

      • Dreambox software for students.
      • hired aides to support teachers with math interventions. Will support students in the largest classrooms.
      • Substitute teachers twice during the year, after each benchmark. Teachers will meet for a half day to review Acadience Benchmarking data, progress monitoring, and to adjust their lesson planning.
      • Substitutes for BLT for planning day (January). Go over school wide data and plan for next year.

         Math TSSP Total 49,525.00 

     

    School Climate Action Plan: TSSP (teacher student success plan) for 2024-25

        • School Counselor (Cover 1⁄2 salary.) Will cover the Social Emotional needs of students. Will visit every classroom to teach the lesson that identifies bully behavior.
        • Teaching identifying bullying behavior. Defining aggressive behavior such as Rude, Mean, or Bully
        • Stop Walk & Talk strategies
        • Grade level proficiency will be shared of this data with SCC and PTA
        • Aide hired to support Tier 2 attendance, check in/out students and those on recess contracts. This aid will work with our school counselor. 

           School climate TSSP total: 42,000

          Next meeting: Will start talking about Safe Walking Plan. Asked all to pay attention to neighborhood.

            • Possible parent calling and invite police officer to see what is happening in our parking lot pick up after school.
